DO BETTER FOLKS
ABOUT DO BETTER FOLKS
do better folks was created in 2020 after the murder of George Floyd. I knew that I wanted to do better and do more to support Black owned businesses and donate to organizations that furthered the Black Lives Matter movement, but being on maternity leave I didn’t feel I had financial security to give back.
The collection of t-shirts and sweaters for adults and kids continues to grow offering apparel that promotes our #dobetter values and gives back in the process - each supporting a charity that aligns with the value it promotes! As a company, we are inclusive, anti-racist, LGBTQ+ allies and intersectional feminist. Last year, do better folks was able to give back to over a dozen local and international charitable causes.
