Hi, I'm Stacey! I am an ambitious, always eager to improve, amazingly curious woman who gives out tough love for free. But don't let that intimidate you! I am here to support you with starting or continuing your health and fitness journey and I want you to know that I was once where you are - not knowing where or how to begin. We all start somewhere and years ago I started with always being told no which led to serious self-doubt and a crap mindset that held me back from pursuing my goals. Until one day I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and stepped into the gym. Learning everything I could and not looking back, I squashed that self doubt and changed my mindset into a focused and goal-driven mindset because I knew I could be a better version of myself. I wanted to be more CONFIDENT, HEALTHIER and STRONGER. I now want to help and empower other women on their journeys to become their most CONFIDENT, HEALTHIEST and STRONGEST selves for life and career. Helping other women is important to me because I want to see other women succeed with their goals and live their best lives. To live with the confidence and strength to do anything.
